Contract/Temporary Staff
ACM offer a professional 24hour contract/temporary operative service, no matter what the duration. This can be for one day, a set project period or on a temporary to permanent basis to assess a candidate's suitability to a position. We are confident in stating that we can supply any individual or contractor within our market sector for temporary duty at a moments notice ranging from a labourer through to a professional management applicant.
All contract operatives are selected to best suit your requirements whilst maintaining excellent value for money at all times. All our operatives employed on this basis are remunerated weekly and their hours worked are only authorised once your allocated line Manager has approved by confirmation via either an ACM or company timesheet. All our charge rates are negotiable dependant upon length of contract/hire and market demand for specialist trades. A full schedule of charges can be supplied upon request together with our terms and conditions of business.
All contract operatives are selected to best suit your requirements whilst maintaining excellent value for money at all times. All our operatives employed on this basis are remunerated weekly and their hours worked are only authorised once your allocated line Manager has approved by confirmation via either an ACM or company timesheet. Permanent Staff
Demand for suitably trained and qualified permanent staff is increasing at all levels. ACM understands customer requirements by not bombarding employers with unsuitable countless resumes but by selecting, searching and vetting the correct candidates and undergoing stringent reference checks.
Listening carefully to our customers requests and ultimately by appreciating that time is a precious commodity, you set the criteria and we follow. Furthermore our charge rates for the introduction of permanent staff are negotiable and we also have the comfort of knowing that the costs our customers prescribe to are without equal in the industry. Staff Mobilisation
In addition to contract/temporary staff, ACM can mobilise and provide on site contract personnel (under the direct control and management of our customers down to corporate uniform) fully qualified in their field to carry out professional tasks or engineering PPM works and complete site specific documentation in accordance with local and government regulations.
